Syllabus

I used a wide variety of print and online resources for my book Thomas Jefferson and the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom: Faith and Liberty in Fredericksburg. I thought it might be helpful to compile some and make them available here. I have also included videos. Consider this a syllabus on the subject of Jefferson in regards to his experiences before and after he drafted the statute that changed the world. I want these online resources to help teachers, students, and the general public better understand this important moment in American history. If you are aware of any other useful resources on this subject email me at ma@pinstripepress.net.
